Shipping costs and processing times
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout after entering your delivery address.
Orders are generally processed by our logistics department within 1–2 business days from receipt. Deliveries are carried out by our courier from Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
During peak periods such as sales or promotions, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer.
Delivery times
Italy
Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days from the time the order is handed over to the courier. Remote areas may require an additional business day.
European countries
Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days from shipment. Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer.
Please note that delivery times are indicative and not binding.
Delivery information
We recommend providing a shipping address where someone is available to receive the package. If you prefer delivery to an office or concierge, please specify the name of the contact person.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice with instructions to arrange a new delivery attempt or collection.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the shipment at any time. Please note that the shipping address cannot be changed after dispatch.
Upon delivery
When receiving your package, we recommend checking:

that the number of parcels matches the shipping document

that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or tampered with
If the package shows visible damage or discrepancies, please accept it with reservation, indicating the issue to the courier and on the delivery note.
You are also required to contact Customer Service within 7 days of delivery, specifying the issue and any missing items.
Failed delivery
Our couriers strive to ensure timely and secure deliveries; however, unforeseen issues may occur.
If your tracking information shows a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the courier directly for updates.
If the courier requires our intervention as the sender, please contact Customer Service within 14 days from the shipment date.

If you have created an account, you can also track your order by accessing the “Orders” section in your personal area, where you will find updated shipping information.
