If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Simply follow the return procedure in the “Returns & Refunds” section. You will then receive all instructions by email.

No, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Once approved, you will receive a prepaid UPS label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund:
- €10 for returns from Italy
- €15 for returns from the rest of Europe
Alternatively, you may use a courier of your choice at your own cost and responsibility.

We do not accept returns for items purchased from third-party retailers or resale platforms.
