RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date. After this period, return requests can no longer be accepted.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: intact, unused, unwashed, and complete with all original tags and labels. If the returned items do not meet these conditions, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. In this case, you may request that the items be sent back to you at your own expense by contacting our Customer Service.
How to request a return
To initiate a return, you can start the online procedure by accessing your personal account.
Access is secured via a temporary code (OTP) sent to the email address associated with your order.
Once logged in, select the relevant order and click on “Request Return”, then follow the provided instructions.

Return methods
After submitting your request, you may choose between two return options:
Prepaid return label
You will receive a pre-filled shipping label by email, along with instructions to arrange a courier pickup or to drop off the package at an authorized collection point.
Self-arranged return
You will receive a confirmation email with the warehouse address to which the goods must be returned. In this case, you are free to choose your preferred courier and will be responsible for shipping costs and liability.
Please note that both return options are at the customer’s expense. If you use the prepaid label provided, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund:

€7 for returns from Italy

€15 for returns from the rest of Europe
Preparing and shipping your return
Once your return has been authorized, please carefully prepare your package, preferably using the original packaging or suitable materials to ensure the items are protected during transit.
You are required to:

place all items from the same order in a single shipment (multiple shipments for the same order will not be accepted)

attach the provided return label

remove or cover any previous shipping labels
You may then arrange a courier pickup or drop off the package at an authorized collection point.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 15 days. The amount will be credited using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
If you used the prepaid return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please note that refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
Defective or incorrect items
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible, providing your order number and photos of the product received.
Before returning the item, you must wait for confirmation from our team, who will provide all necessary instructions to properly handle the return and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
